1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lunaria Academy ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website and training materials.

2Student Accounts & Enrollments

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Platform.

Course access is strictly individual and cannot be shared or resold.

We reserve the right to revoke enrollment access or suspend accounts violating these terms.

3Payments, Refunds, and Revocation

All prices are stated in USD (unless specified otherwise) and handled securely via Stripe. Course sales are final, but we offer support for transaction disputes. If a refund is processed:

Your course enrollment status is instantly set to REVOKED.
Access to course videos, text content, and progress logs will be immediately blocked.
Any generated certificates of completion associated with the refunded course are permanently invalidated.

4Intellectual Property

All training material, videos, design elements, text, code, graphics, and structures on Lunaria Academy are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and complete courses for personal development. You may not copy, record, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

5Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Professional Disclaimer: The courses provided on Lunaria Academy (including therapist training and nutritional coaching) are for educational purposes. Completing these courses does not guarantee official local state licensing or accreditation unless explicitly certified in writing by the accrediting bodies in your jurisdiction.

In no event shall Lunaria Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.

6Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access our platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
